Molding method of antique glazed tile
琉璃瓦的成型方法，一般采用挤制成型、手工印坯、注浆成型等方法。西式瓦采用塑压成型。
The molding method of glazed tile generally adopts extrusion molding, manual printing, grouting and other methods. Western style tile is molded by plastic pressing.
1、挤型成型
1. Extrusion molding
琉璃瓦的普通瓦件筒瓦、板瓦采用挤制成型，挤坯机（TCL350真空挤出机）是在搅泥机的出泥口加装一个与坯体尺寸相同的机头，待坯挤出后，用钢丝切成瓦坯，放支架上晾干、修坯、干燥后烧成。
The common tiles of glazed tile are extruded. The extruding machine (tcl350 vacuum extruder) is to install a head with the same size as the green body at the mud outlet of the mud mixer. After the blank is extruded, the tile blank is cut with steel wire, and then it is dried, repaired and fired on the bracket.
2、手工成型和注浆成型
2. Hand molding and grouting
琉璃瓦中的勾头，滴水瓦件以及走兽、钉帽、花窗和正吻、垂兽等构件采用手工成型或注浆成型。手工成型是将坯泥拍打成泥饼，在石膏模内压印出有花纹的坯体，稍干后起坯贴接，将工作面修整打光。
The hook head, drip tile parts, animals, nail caps, flower windows, heads and hanging animals in the glazed tiles are formed by hand or by grouting. Manual molding is to pat the mud into mud cake, press the green body with patterns in the gypsum mold, and then lift the blank to paste after a little dry, and then trim and polish the working face.
3、塑压成型（WD成型压机）
3. Plastic forming (WD molding press)
西式琉璃瓦主要采用塑压成型，经真空练泥机挤出并切割成粗坯后，再用带有模具的压瓦机进行精细的外形压。
The western style glazed tile is mainly molded by plastic pressing. After being extruded and cut into rough billets by a vacuum mud mill, the fine contour pressing is carried out by a tile pressing machine with a mould.
